Esinama 14-Day Returns Policy

At Esinama, we take great pride in crafting timeless pieces designed to be loved, worn and cherished forever. However, we understand that occasionally the item may just not be for you. Our returns policy is designed to be as seamless and transparent as possible, ensuring a smooth experience for you. Here are some simple steps to follow to return the unwanted item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for a refund.

1.3. As Esinama operates exclusively online, we do not facilitate in-person returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To start your return, please contact us at orders@esinama.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

2.2. Securely package your item(s) and use a reliable tracked shipping method to send your return to the address provided by our team.

2.3. Returns must be sent within 14 days of initiating the process. Any returns sent outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Esinama cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4.2. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4.3. A handling fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

4.4. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Placing a Replacement Order

5.1. Esinama does not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we encourage you to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the preferred item while we process your refund. This ensures your desired item does not go out of stock.

6. International Returns

6.1. We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees.

6.2. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Instead, a refund will be provided once the return is approved.
