Pre-ordering allows you to secure your chosen style in advance of its arrival. This approach ensures availability from our limited runs, including exclusive colours and sizes that may sell out before launch.
Our Pre-Order Process
- Select Your Pieces - Choose your preferred style, size, and colour. Pre-order availability is clearly marked on each product page.
- Secure Your Order - Complete your purchase online. Your order is confirmed instantly, guaranteeing your chosen items from our limited run.
- Made for You -Each piece is produced in small batches, by our trusted artisans with meticulous attention to detail.
- Dispatched as Promised - Your dispatch window will be confirmed by email once production is complete.
Payment
- Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your reservation.
- Your card will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & Amendments
- You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, cancellations and amendments cannot be guaranteed, though we will always do our best to assist. Please contact us at hello@esinama.com
Delivery
- Orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners, with full tracking available.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available.
- For earlier dispatch of in-stock items, please place separate orders.
- If there are any changes to your expected dispatch window, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your Esinama pieces. If, for any reason, your pre-order is not as expected, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
What to Expect
- Estimated Dispatch Dates: Confirmed by email once production is complete.
- Combined Orders: Pre-order and in-stock items ship together unless ordered separately.
- Regular Updates: We’ll keep you informed at key milestones, including when your order is in production and ready to ship.
