Browse, shop, and discover the beauty of our collections – designed with you and your family in mind. Please note that all content on our website is for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed without our express consent. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to shop on this website!

3. Our Collections

We strive to present our collections as accurately as possible, however, please note, sometimes colours may appear to vary depending on your device/browser. We consciously and responsibly produce limited volumes of our collections, therefore all our pieces are subject to availability. To make it fair to all our customers, we do reserve the right to occasionally limit the quantities of any pieces we offer.

4. Orders

Found the perfect set or piece for the children, yourself and the whole family? Simply add it to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the process. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. However, this email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

5. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a fabulous confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or contact us. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping across the UK and internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service selected. Where applicable, duties and taxes may be payable at checkout or upon delivery. We are working to introduce Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options for key regions to enhance the customer experience. While we aim for prompt delivery, occasionally there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Dispatch times
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Pre order items display an estimated dispatch window on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Duties and taxes
We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout. All international orders ship on a DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Your local customs authority may collect VAT/GST, import duty and any clearance fees before or at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, carrier issues, adverse weather or remote-area access can occasionally cause delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Not entirely happy with your purchase? No problem! We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchases. Simply complete the returns form, or email us at returns@esinama.com. Don’t forget to include your order number and reason for return. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and with the original with tags attached.
